Power is a prefix that turns up on Main Hand, Off Hand, Ring and Relic. It gives Power: +2% to +3% at its lowest step, +11% to +12% at its best — and you need item level 116 before the best one can appear at all.

It comes up at weight 8 when the game rolls affixes, never doubles up with another affix that does the same job (power), and it is what puts Heavy, Serrated, Vicious, Cruel and Merciless in an item's name — so you might pick up a Heavy Wand.

65 Uniques lock it to a fixed number: Emberheart, Gatebreaker, Tome of Hollow Echoes, The Patient Moon, The Long Bell and Riversong and 59 more.
