Tome of Hollow Echoes is a Demon Unique tome with no boss attached: it drops in Adventure Mode once you are level 12 or higher, and keeps dropping there however far you go. Every copy is item level 17, and there 0.8% of what falls comes up Unique. It is built on Mist Tome — step 1 of the Mist Tome line, item level 1 and up.

It always rolls the same numbers: +10% Ultimate Generation, +12% Cooldown Recovery, +10% Ultimate Generation, +6% Power, +72 Maximum Health and +8% Cooldown Recovery.

One Unique drop in 40 is a Mythical copy: the same item carrying 15–25% Mythical Energy that boosts every stat on it and can never be changed; the 15% floor is 10 times as common as the perfect 25%.

On top of that it carries Hollow Echoes — Your Special repeats twice more at -40% damage.
