It always rolls the same numbers: +15 Maximum Health, +7 Power, +12% Ultimate Generation, +40 Maximum Health, +23% Ultimate Generation, +14% Power and +55 Maximum Health.
On top of that it carries The Overlord's Retinue — Your Ultimate raises 2 more spirits and they last 40% longer.
It fires Soul Siphon on its own: Kills charge your Ultimate by 30 points.
It is Demon Gate loot.
Wearing it hands you Spirit Host.
