The Jester's Fan is a Demon Unique dirk with no boss attached: it drops in Adventure Mode once you are level 70 or higher, and keeps dropping there however far you go. Every copy is item level 75, and there 0.6% of what falls comes up Unique. It is built on Masterwork Fanned Dirk — step 5 of the Fanned Dirk line, item level 60 and up.

It always rolls the same numbers: +24 Power, +10% Attack Speed, +9% Projectile Damage, +12% Attack Speed, +10% Power, +21% Attack Speed and +33% Projectile Damage.

One Unique drop in 40 is a Mythical copy: the same item carrying 15–25% Mythical Energy that boosts every stat on it and can never be changed; the 15% floor is 10 times as common as the perfect 25%.

On top of that it carries The Jester's Fan — Your Special throws 3 more knives, at -20% damage.

Wearing it hands you Fan of Knives.
