It is one of four Exceptional drops on its list — 2.5% of the Uniques that boss gives up, about 1 in 40 — and every kill rolls the list twice. It is built on Perfect Goldenchord Staff — step 6 of the Goldenchord Staff line, item level 80 and up.
It always rolls the same numbers: +46 Power, +9% Ultimate Generation, +18% Power, +20% Holy Damage, +101% Power, +149% Holy Damage, +53% Attack Speed and +178% Critical Damage.
On top of that it carries Doxology — Your beam Brands everything it crosses, channels 3 ticks longer and pierces deeper; a Brand's Release is doubled, but you move 12% slower.
It leans into Brand.
