Drowning Current is a Demon Unique relic with no boss attached: any drop at Threat 23 or higher can turn out to be it, and at that Threat 0.5% of what falls comes up Unique. It is built on Eternal Torrent Relic — step 6 of the Torrent Relic line, item level 80 and up.

It always rolls the same numbers: +18 Power, +8% Ultimate Generation, +24% Power, +10% Ultimate Generation, +27% Power, +25% Cooldown Recovery and +51% Critical Damage.

On top of that it carries Drowning Current — +30 Cooldown Recovery; Ultimate repeats +2.

It fires Arcing Spark on its own: Hits have a 20% chance to arc to a nearby enemy for 12% of the damage.

It is Adventure Mode loot.
