The Sky's Own Star is a Demon Unique relic with no boss attached: any drop at Threat 26 or higher can turn out to be it, and at that Threat 0.5% of what falls comes up Unique. It is built on Eternal Starcaller Relic — step 6 of the Starcaller Relic line, item level 80 and up.
It always rolls the same numbers: +10% Ultimate Generation, +20% Ultimate Generation, +11% Holy Damage, +58% Ultimate Generation, +50% Power, +130 Maximum Health and +60% Holy Damage.
On top of that it carries The Sky's Own Star — Your Ultimate's cooldown is 30% shorter. +25% Ultimate Generation.
It fires Soul Siphon on its own: Kills charge your Ultimate by 55 points.
It is Demon Gate loot.
Wearing it hands you Starfall.
