Three Small Suns is a Demon Unique relic with no boss attached: any drop at Threat 13 or higher can turn out to be it, and at that Threat 0.7% of what falls comes up Unique. It is built on Radiant Foxfire Relic — step 5 of the Foxfire Relic line, item level 60 and up.
It always rolls the same numbers: +9% Ultimate Generation, +10% Ultimate Generation, +6% Fire Damage, +32% Ultimate Generation, +23% Fire Damage and +10% Power.
On top of that it carries Three Small Suns — Spirit Burst goes off 3 times at 75% each, over a 25% smaller ring.
It fires Thunderstep on its own: Dashing bursts for 90% of your Power against enemies around you.
It is Adventure Mode loot.
Wearing it hands you Spirit Burst.
