The Glacier's Patience is a Nightmare Unique tower shield, hunted from Frost Wyrm once you are at Threat 20 or higher. It is one of four Exceptional drops on its list — 2.5% of the Uniques that boss gives up, about 1 in 40 — and every kill rolls the list twice. It is built on Sovereign Glacier Tower Shield — step 6 of the Glacier Tower Shield line, item level 80 and up.
It always rolls the same numbers: +88 Armor, −5% Move Speed, +40 Armor, +81 Ward, +72 Maximum Health, +389 Ward, +98% Power, +54% Cooldown Recovery and +104% Ultimate Generation.
On top of that it carries The Glacier's Patience — Your Special raises its wall twice over, wards 80% stronger for 50% longer and shelters one more ally, but your Main hits 15% softer.
It is Nightmare Gate loot.
