It is built on Perfect Bloodrosary Staff — step 6 of the Bloodrosary Staff line, item level 80 and up.
It always rolls the same numbers: +18% Healing Power, +20 Power, +36% Healing Power, +14% Blood Damage, +95% Power, +138% Blood Damage, +68% Cooldown Recovery and +55% Attack Speed.
On top of that it carries Crimson Communion — Your Main heals 50% stronger and reaches one more ally; its bolts Bleed and Exsanguinate the dying, but your maximum health is 10% lower.
