Bedrock Testament is a Mortal Unique tower shield, hunted from The Mountain Sire once you are at Threat 20 or higher. It is one of four Exceptional drops on its list — 2.5% of the Uniques that boss gives up, about 1 in 40 — and every kill rolls the list twice. It is built on Sovereign Anchor Tower Shield — step 6 of the Anchor Tower Shield line, item level 80 and up.
It always rolls the same numbers: +96 Armor, −6% Move Speed, +43 Armor, +90 Maximum Health, +401 Ward, +56% Cooldown Recovery, +90% Power and +110% Ultimate Generation.
On top of that it carries Bedrock Testament — Your Special raises its wall twice over, wards 90% stronger and shelters one more ally, and you carry 100 more Armor, but you move 10% slower.
It is Mortal Arena loot.
Wearing it hands you Bulwark.
