The Red Calendar is a Demon Unique sword with no boss attached: it drops anywhere in Hell, most often from H7 up (rarer below that home difficulty, never above it), and nowhere else. Every copy is item level 110, and there 0.2% of what falls comes up Unique. It is built on Sovereign Riverfang Sword — step 6 of the Riverfang Sword line, item level 80 and up.
It always rolls the same numbers: +36 Power, +6% Critical Chance, +5% Melee Lifesteal, +19% Blood Damage, +16% Attack Speed, +12% Power, +42% Bleed Effect, +29% Attack Speed and +12% Critical Chance.
One Unique drop in 40 is a Mythical copy: the same item carrying 15–25% Mythical Energy that boosts every stat on it and can never be changed; the 15% floor is 10 times as common as the perfect 25%.
On top of that it carries The Red Calendar — Your Main deals 25% more damage and swings 30% wider. Your hits apply Bleed.
It leans into Bleed.
Wearing it hands you Crescent Chain.
“It keeps its own accounting of days.”
