The Slow Fang is a Demon Unique dagger with no boss attached: it drops in Adventure Mode once you are level 45 or higher, and keeps dropping there however far you go. Every copy is item level 50, and there 0.7% of what falls comes up Unique. It is built on Tempered Nettlefang Dagger — step 4 of the Nettlefang Dagger line, item level 45 and up.

It always rolls the same numbers: +22 Power, +9% Poison Damage, +4% Melee Lifesteal, +8% Poison Damage, +14% Venom Effect, +8% Power, +13% Attack Speed and +21% Poison Damage.

One Unique drop in 40 is a Mythical copy: the same item carrying 15–25% Mythical Energy that boosts every stat on it and can never be changed; the 15% floor is 10 times as common as the perfect 25%.

On top of that it carries The Slow Fang — Your Main attack applies Venom.

It leans into Venom.

Wearing it hands you Fang Flurry.
