It always rolls the same numbers: +16 Power, +9% Ultimate Generation, +18% Ultimate Generation, +60 Maximum Health, +170 Maximum Health, +42% Ultimate Generation, +36% Power and +55% Status Resistance.
On top of that it carries Morningshroud — Your Ultimate lasts 50% longer and its cooldown is 20% shorter.
It fires Soul Siphon on its own: Kills charge your Ultimate by 52 points.
It is Demon Gate loot.
Wearing it hands you Ascendant Form.
