Undertow is a Demon Unique relic with no boss attached: any drop at Threat 24 or higher can turn out to be it, and at that Threat 0.5% of what falls comes up Unique. It is built on Radiant Torrent Relic — step 5 of the Torrent Relic line, item level 60 and up.
It always rolls the same numbers: +14 Power, +6% Ultimate Generation, +10% Void Damage, +15% Ultimate Generation, +27% Power, +31% Ultimate Generation and +44% Void Damage.
On top of that it carries Undertow — Your Ultimate deals 30% more damage, pierces 2 more enemies and starts 20% faster.
It fires Trophy Hunter on its own: Killing an elite or a boss grants +130% Power for 12 s.
It is Demon Gate loot.
Wearing it hands you Soul Torrent.
