It is one of four Exceptional drops on its list — 2.5% of the Uniques that boss gives up, about 1 in 40 — and every kill rolls the list twice. It is built on Perfect Voidsiphon Staff — step 6 of the Voidsiphon Staff line, item level 80 and up.

It always rolls the same numbers: +50 Power, +7% Cooldown Recovery, +18% Power, +20% Void Damage, +101% Power, +149% Void Damage, +50% Attack Speed and +186% Critical Damage.

On top of that it carries Rifthunger — Your beam drinks 3 ticks longer, reaches 40% farther and wider, and warps everything it touches with Distortion, but your maximum health is 12% lower.

It leans into Distortion.
