The Spider King's Cradle is a Nightmare Unique wand, hunted from The Spider King once you are at Threat 20 or higher. It is one of four Exceptional drops on its list — 2.5% of the Uniques that boss gives up, about 1 in 40 — and every kill rolls the list twice. It is built on Perfect Plaguecradle Wand — step 6 of the Plaguecradle Wand line, item level 80 and up.
It always rolls the same numbers: +50 Power, +8% Attack Speed, +18% Poison Damage, +20% Venom Effect, +143% Poison Damage, +140% Projectile Damage, +98% Power and +55% Attack Speed.
On top of that it carries The Spider King's Cradle — Your Main looses a second orb, each 25% wider, and their touch Envenoms; a full Venom spreads in Contagion, but the orbs drift 30% slower.
It leans into Venom.
It is Nightmare Gate loot.
Wearing it hands you Arcane Orb.
