It is one of four ordinary drops on its list — 22.5% of the Uniques that boss gives up, about 1 in 4 — and every kill rolls the list twice. It is built on Sovereign Gravewall Shield — step 6 of the Gravewall Shield line, item level 80 and up.

It always rolls the same numbers: +92 Armor, +32 Armor, +72 Ward, +307 Ward, +67% Power and +77% Ultimate Generation.

On top of that it carries Rubble Rampart — Your Special grants 30% more Ward.

It is Nightmare Gate loot.
