It always rolls the same numbers: +36 Power, +8% Cooldown Recovery, +16% Power, +16% Void Damage, +95% Power, +143% Void Damage, +59% Attack Speed and +113% Ultimate Generation.
On top of that it carries The Hundred-Handed Court — Your Main seats a court of 7 more wisps whose touch warps foes with Distortion, but each lives half as long and strikes 30% softer.
