It is one of four Exceptional drops on its list — 2.5% of the Uniques that boss gives up, about 1 in 40 — and every kill rolls the list twice. It is built on Eternal Weepingglass Relic — step 6 of the Weepingglass Relic line, item level 80 and up.

It always rolls the same numbers: +20 Power, +8% Ultimate Generation, +18% Fire Damage, +25% Ultimate Generation, +148% Fire Damage, +106% Ultimate Generation, +188% Critical Damage and +394 Ward.

On top of that it carries The Glassblower's Breath — Your Ultimate is attuned to Fire, pulses 6 more times and Burns everything inside it; a full Burn Ignites, but the circle is 20% narrower.

It fires Soul Siphon on its own: Kills charge your Ultimate by 40 points.

It leans into Fire and Burn.
