The Pyre King's Edge is a Nightmare Unique zweihander, hunted from Cinder Wyrm once you are at Threat 20 or higher. It is one of four Exceptional drops on its list — 2.5% of the Uniques that boss gives up, about 1 in 40 — and every kill rolls the list twice. It is built on Sovereign Pyreking Zweihander — step 6 of the Pyreking Zweihander line, item level 80 and up.
It always rolls the same numbers: +64 Power, +12% Fire Damage, +20% Power, +18% Fire Damage, +18% Critical Damage, +120% Power, +188% Critical Damage, +149% Fire Damage and +55% Attack Speed.
On top of that it carries The Pyre King's Edge — Your Special spins 5 more times and wreathes every foe in Burn; a full Burn Ignites, but it recharges 25% slower.
It leans into Burn.
It is Nightmare Gate loot.
Wearing it hands you Charged Overhead and Whirlwind.
