Soul Torrent fills your Ultimate slot. Nova ultimate ability of the spirit school. Base damage 28. Cast 20 ticks. Nova radius 5. Heals 1 target for 2 within 5.
You get it by equipping 11 bases across 4 lines: Deluge Relic, Torrent Relic, Weepingglass Relic and Winter Lantern Relic.
The draft can bend it 5 ways — Echo, Area, Force, Duration and Critical — and cards that ask for area, channel, critical and on_hit will find it.
Between rooms it can be offered 131 cards: 22 written for it specifically, plus the 109 that any ability can take. Those cards can put Chill on it, and attune it to Frost.
5 Uniques are built on gear that hands it to you: Undertow, Lanternfall, The Glassblower's Breath, Deluge Vigil and Drowning Current.
