It is one of four Exceptional drops on its list — 2.5% of the Uniques that boss gives up, about 1 in 40 — and every kill rolls the list twice. It is built on Exalted Hollowstep Boots — step 6 of the Hollowstep Boots line, item level 80 and up.

It always rolls the same numbers: +88 Ward, +2 Dash Charges, +10% Movement Speed, +11% Void Damage, +4 Dash Charges, -56% Dash Cooldown, +32% Movement Speed and +87% Status Resistance.

On top of that it carries The Open Door — Your dash phases through foes and warps every one it crosses with Distortion; it carries farther and recovers 30% sooner, but your maximum health is 15% lower.

It leans into Distortion.
