It always rolls the same numbers: +6% Move Speed, +4% Critical Chance, +7% Movement Speed, +5% Critical Chance, -26% Dash Cooldown, +8% Movement Speed and +8% Attack Speed.
On top of that it carries Short Hops — Vault is a 4-tick hop at 30% more speed that recovers 35% sooner.
It is Adventure Mode loot.
