It always rolls the same numbers: +12% Move Speed, +7% Cooldown Recovery, +9% Movement Speed, -13% Dash Cooldown, +29% Movement Speed, -51% Dash Cooldown and +273 Maximum Health.
On top of that it carries The Midnight Cotillion — Your dash recovers 15% faster.
