The Long Charge is a pair of Demon Unique boots with no boss attached: any drop at Threat 25 or higher can turn out to be it, and at that Threat 0.5% of what falls comes up Unique. It is built on Exalted Ramcharge Boots — step 6 of the Ramcharge Boots line, item level 80 and up.
It always rolls the same numbers: +68 Armor, +5% Move Speed, +70 Armor, +6% Movement Speed, -42% Dash Cooldown, +20% Attack Speed, +6% Melee Lifesteal and +300 Maximum Health.
On top of that it carries The Long Charge — Driving Rush runs 4 ticks longer, hits for 200% of your Main instead of 50% and applies Crumble, but recovers 40% slower.
It leans into Crumble.
It is Adventure Mode loot.
Wearing it hands you Driving Rush.
“Start early. Arrive through something.”
