The Scorched Verse is a pair of Demon Unique boots with no boss attached: it drops anywhere in Hell, most often from H10 up (rarer below that home difficulty, never above it), and nowhere else. Every copy is item level 110, and there 0.2% of what falls comes up Unique. It is built on Exalted Secondverse Boots — step 6 of the Secondverse Boots line, item level 80 and up.

It always rolls the same numbers: +7% Move Speed, +7% Cooldown Recovery, +327 Maximum Health, +9% Movement Speed, +9% Cooldown Recovery, -48% Dash Cooldown, +17% Movement Speed, +40% Affinity Power and +9% Melee Lifesteal.

One Unique drop in 40 is a Mythical copy: the same item carrying 15–25% Mythical Energy that boosts every stat on it and can never be changed; the 15% floor is 10 times as common as the perfect 25%.

On top of that it carries The Scorched Verse — Affinity Dash's trail hits for 125% of your Main instead of 25% and runs 2 ticks longer, but recovers 25% slower.

Wearing it hands you Affinity Dash.
