The Palimpsest Step is a pair of Demon Unique boots with no boss attached: any drop at Threat 15 or higher can turn out to be it, and at that Threat 0.7% of what falls comes up Unique. It is built on Masterwork Echo Boots — step 5 of the Echo Boots line, item level 60 and up.
It always rolls the same numbers: +6% Move Speed, +5% Cooldown Recovery, +7% Movement Speed, +30 Ward, -26% Dash Cooldown, +8% Movement Speed and +18% Affinity Resistance.
On top of that it carries The Palimpsest Step — Affinity Dash banks 1 more charge and recovers 30% sooner, but its trail no longer hits.
It is Adventure Mode loot.
Wearing it hands you Affinity Dash.
