Downdraft is a pair of Mortal Unique boots, hunted from Thunderroc once you are at Threat 20 or higher. It is one of four ordinary drops on its list — 22.5% of the Uniques that boss gives up, about 1 in 4 — and every kill rolls the list twice. It is built on Exalted Stargrazer Boots — step 6 of the Stargrazer Boots line, item level 80 and up.
It always rolls the same numbers: +9% Move Speed, +6% Critical Chance, +10% Movement Speed, -10% Dash Cooldown, +31% Movement Speed, +40% Attack Speed and -51% Dash Cooldown.
On top of that it carries Downdraft — You move 6% faster and your dash recovers 10% sooner.
