The Stoop is a pair of Mortal Unique boots, hunted from Thunderroc once you are at Threat 20 or higher. It is one of four Exceptional drops on its list — 2.5% of the Uniques that boss gives up, about 1 in 40 — and every kill rolls the list twice. It is built on Exalted Warpath Boots — step 6 of the Warpath Boots line, item level 80 and up.

It always rolls the same numbers: +84 Armor, +6% Move Speed, +2 Dash Charges, +10% Movement Speed, +4 Dash Charges, +32% Movement Speed, -55% Dash Cooldown and +43% Attack Speed.

On top of that it carries The Stoop — Your dash drops like a hunting hawk: 40% faster, 2 ticks longer, and everything it strikes is Shocked, but it recovers 15% slower.

It leans into Shock.

It is Mortal Arena loot.

Wearing it hands you Driving Rush.
