It is one of four ordinary drops on its list — 22.5% of the Uniques that boss gives up, about 1 in 4 — and every kill rolls the list twice. It is built on Sovereign Dreadmask Helm — step 6 of the Dreadmask Helm line, item level 80 and up.

It always rolls the same numbers: +8% Critical Chance, +18% Critical Damage, +36 Armor, +11% Void Damage, +115% Void Damage, +285 Maximum Health and +85% Status Resistance.

On top of that it carries Riftguard Visage — You have 12% more maximum health.
