Rusted Keeneye Helm is a helm that has been retired — it no longer drops. It used to turn up from item level 1 in the Demon Gate. It comes with +2% Critical Chance and +6% Critical Damage before anything rolls on it, and it is step 1 of 6 on the Keeneye Helm line. Look for suffixes like Maximum Health, Armor and Ward, or prefixes such as Attack Speed, Burn Effect and Fire Damage.
You need to be level 1 to wear it, and at its lowest item level the stats that roll on it can reach tier 1. Awaken it and it takes one of the 16 Helm spirit paths.
