Critical Damage is a suffix that turns up on Ring, Main Hand and Head. It gives Critical Damage: +3% to +5% at its lowest step, +48% to +55% at its best — and you need item level 116 before the best one can appear at all.

It comes up at weight 5 when the game rolls affixes, never doubles up with another affix that does the same job (critDamage), and it is what puts Bruising, Maiming, Mutilation, Devastation and Obliteration in an item's name — so you might pick up a Wand of Bruising.

21 Uniques lock it to a fixed number: The Patient Moon, The Felled Oak, Mercy, Gavelfall, The Unbroken Sentence and The Sleepless Eye and 15 more.
