Starfall fills your Ultimate slot. Delayed impact ultimate ability of the spirit school. Base damage 118. Cast 12 ticks. 4 impacts of radius 3 after a 12-tick telegraph.
You get it by equipping 12 bases across 4 lines: Cometkeeper Relic, Nullstone Relic, Starcaller Relic and Voidhalo Relic.
The draft can bend it 7 ways — Echo, Reach, Multiplicity, Area, Force, Duration and Critical — and cards that ask for area, critical and aimed will find it.
Between rooms it can be offered 133 cards: 24 written for it specifically, plus the 109 that any ability can take. Those cards can put Shock and Distortion on it, and attune it to Storm and Void.
4 Uniques are built on gear that hands it to you: A Patch of Night, The Sky's Own Star, Thunderroc's Halo and Meteor Season.
