It always rolls the same numbers: +39 Power, +11% Attack Speed, +34% Power, +12% Cooldown Recovery, +21% Spell Damage, +16% Cooldown Recovery and +21% Storm Damage.
On top of that it carries The Short Fuse — Overload recharges twice as fast and casts 25% quicker, but hits 35% softer: spend Conduit constantly.
It is Adventure Mode loot.
Wearing it hands you Aether Beam and Overload.
