It always rolls the same numbers: +28 Power, +13% Critical Damage, +13% Blood Damage, +10% Cooldown Recovery, +106% Blood Damage, +107% Bleed Effect and +49% Cooldown Recovery.

On top of that it carries The Late Waltz — Your Special recharges 20% faster.
