Fulgurite is a Mortal Unique dagger, hunted from Thunderroc once you are at Threat 20 or higher. It is one of four Exceptional drops on its list — 2.5% of the Uniques that boss gives up, about 1 in 40 — and every kill rolls the list twice. It is built on Sovereign Cometshard Dagger — step 6 of the Cometshard Dagger line, item level 80 and up.
It always rolls the same numbers: +26 Power, +7% Ultimate Generation, +16% Projectile Damage, +16% Storm Damage, +146% Projectile Damage, +143% Storm Damage, +30% Critical Chance and +57% Attack Speed.
On top of that it carries Fulgurite — Your Main is attuned to Storm, its knives chain 4 times and Shock; a full Shock Overloads in a chain of arcs, but each knife hits 20% softer.
It leans into Storm and Shock.
