Dim Torrent Relic is an early-game relic. It starts dropping in the Demon Gate at item level 15 and stops at 29, where the next tier takes over. It comes with +5 Power and +3% Ultimate Generation before anything rolls on it, and it is step 2 of 6 on the Torrent Relic line. Look for suffixes like Maximum Health, Cooldown Recovery and Ultimate Generation, or prefixes such as Power, Burn Effect and Fire Damage.
Equip it and you get Soul Torrent.
It fires Arcing Spark on its own: Hits have a 20% chance to arc to a nearby enemy for 12% of the damage.
You need to be level 13 to wear it, and at its lowest item level the stats that roll on it can reach tier 3. Awaken it and it takes one of the 16 Relic spirit paths.
