Uniques/Main Hand/Three Tolls

Three Tolls is a Demon Unique zweihander with no boss attached: it drops anywhere in Hell, most often from H2 up (rarer below that home difficulty, never above it), and nowhere else. Every copy is item level 110, and there 0.2% of what falls comes up Unique. It is built on Sovereign Tollbell Zweihander — step 6 of the Tollbell Zweihander line, item level 80 and up.

It always rolls the same numbers: +180 Power, −10% Attack Speed, +5% Melee Lifesteal, +168 Power, +-10% Attack Speed, +15% Power, +42% Melee Damage and +29% Attack Speed.

One Unique drop in 40 is a Mythical copy: the same item carrying 15–25% Mythical Energy that boosts every stat on it and can never be changed; the 15% floor is 10 times as common as the perfect 25%.

On top of that it carries Three Tolls — Charged Overhead comes down 3 times per press and you shrug off 30 more while swinging, but each blow is 40% lighter.

Wearing it hands you Charged Overhead and Whirlwind.

“Once for the living, once for the dead, once to be sure.”
