The Millstone is a Demon Unique zweihander with no boss attached: any drop at Threat 16 or higher can turn out to be it, and at that Threat 0.7% of what falls comes up Unique. It is built on Masterwork Bedrock Zweihander — step 5 of the Bedrock Zweihander line, item level 60 and up.
It always rolls the same numbers: +45 Power, +17% Stone Damage, +4% Melee Lifesteal, +36% Power, +12% Stone Damage, +21% Melee Damage, +21% Stone Damage and +15% Cooldown Recovery.
On top of that it carries The Millstone — Whirlwind flings enemies 2.5 units and applies Crumble, recharging 30% faster, but spins 3 fewer times.
It leans into Crumble.
It is Adventure Mode loot.
Wearing it hands you Charged Overhead and Whirlwind.
