The Long Reply is a Mortal Unique rapier with no boss attached: any drop at Threat 27 or higher can turn out to be it, and at that Threat 0.5% of what falls comes up Unique. It is built on Sovereign Sunduel Rapier — step 6 of the Sunduel Rapier line, item level 80 and up.
It always rolls the same numbers: +48 Power, +11% Critical Chance, +5% Melee Lifesteal, +48% Power, +10% Critical Chance, +36% Melee Damage, +12% Critical Chance, +38% Critical Damage and +6% Melee Lifesteal.
On top of that it carries The Long Reply — Skewer reaches 60% farther and the first target takes +150% instead of +50%, but it hits 3 fewer enemies and winds up 35% slower.
