It always rolls the same numbers: +16% Critical Damage, +36 Ward, +24% Critical Damage, +48 Ward, +48% Critical Damage, +59% Ultimate Generation and +39% Spell Damage.
On top of that it carries The Owlcrest Meridian — +30 Ultimate Generation; Ultimate damage +20%.
