It is built on Exalted Shroudsilk Robe — step 6 of the Shroudsilk Robe line, item level 80 and up.

It always rolls the same numbers: +192 Ward, +29 Armor, +11% Poison Damage, +345 Maximum Health, +103% Status Effect and +69% Healing Received.

On top of that it carries Twice-Spun Shroud — You resist statuses 30% harder.
