Fan of Knives fills your Special slot. Projectile special ability of the physical school. Base damage 72. Cast 8 ticks, cooldown 70 ticks. Fires 9 projectiles at speed 16 over 7 units, piercing 2.
You get it by equipping 17 bases across 7 lines: Arcflash Dirk, Bramble Dirk, Fanned Dirk, Hailburst Dirk and Magpie Dirk and 2 more.
The draft can bend it 7 ways — Echo, Reach, Multiplicity, Area, Force, Duration and Critical — and cards that ask for projectile, critical, on_hit and split will find it.
Between rooms it can be offered 144 cards: 35 written for it specifically, plus the 109 that any ability can take. Those cards can put Chill, Venom and Shock on it, and attune it to Frost, Poison and Storm.
6 Uniques are built on gear that hands it to you: The Jester's Fan, The Skysplinter Fan, A Hundred Winters, Spinneret, The Narrow Sermon and Skipping Stones.
