The Wyrm's Eyelid is a Demon Unique kite shield with no boss attached: it drops in Adventure Mode once you are level 82 or higher, and keeps dropping there however far you go. Every copy is item level 87, and there 0.5% of what falls comes up Unique. It is built on Sovereign Warden's Kite Shield — step 6 of the Warden's Kite Shield line, item level 80 and up.

It always rolls the same numbers: +52 Armor, +36 Ward, +40 Magic Defense, +68 Ward, +18% Healing Received, +433 Ward, +23% Cooldown Recovery and +44% Healing Power.

One Unique drop in 40 is a Mythical copy: the same item carrying 15–25% Mythical Energy that boosts every stat on it and can never be changed; the 15% floor is 10 times as common as the perfect 25%.

On top of that it carries The Wyrm's Eyelid — Your Special is 50% larger and lasts 40% longer.

Wearing it hands you Bastion Field.
