It always rolls the same numbers: +33 Armor, +23 Ward, +45 Ward, +12% Healing Received, +58 Ward, +15% Cooldown Recovery and +17% Healing Power.
On top of that it carries The Wyrm's Eyelid — Your Special is 50% larger and lasts 40% longer.
It is Demon Gate loot.
Wearing it hands you Bastion Field.
