Exsanguinate is a legendary major card out of the Synergy pool. Hitting an enemy below 25% health at 2 Bleed stacks (3 on elites and bosses) consumes them for an executing cut that heals you.
You can take it once · any ability can be offered it.
It pushes your build toward Blood.
