Exsanguinate is a legendary major card out of the Synergy pool. Striking a wounded, fully Bleeding enemy consumes the Bleed for an executing cut that leeches.

The blood finisher — fully bled, wounded enemies fall to a leeching cut instead of a slow grind. Take it once Bleed application is consistent; the leech also patches blood's habit of trading health away.
